We lend nationwide.
2. What Loan Products Do Private Capital Investors Specialize In?
We specialize in multi-family, office, warehouse, retail, owner and non-owner single-family homes, construction, and much more.
3. What Is Your Typical Loan Structure?
We offer non-amortizing balloon loans that mature within 12-36 months, as well as fixed loans ranging from 3 to 10 years.
4. Do You Demand Prepayment Penalties?
Typically NO, but it will depend on how complex the deal is and how much time the deal requires.
5. Can the borrower hold title in a Corporation or LLC?

Typically, within 7-10 days after the required documentation has been received.
13. How soon can I expect a term sheet from PCI?
Within 24 hours if the submission is complete.
